1973 META SYSTEM IS BORN.
Our fi rst entrepreneurial activities involved the development and realization of electronic devices used in automated control.
1974 - 1984
Production of radio frequency broadcasting equipment, in particular, high frequency transmitters and power amplifi ers, begins. In the same period, we launch into the automotive industry with the production of electronic antennae and car alarm systems. We develop the fi rst custom integrated circuit of codifi ed signals for radio command. The Energy branch is created, producing the fi rst line of Meta System branded uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) products.
1985 - 1995
Expansion of our car alarm division, creating specifi c accessory line products for prominant car manufacturers. Launch of our fi rst series of modular and redundant UPS products.
1996 - 2007
Collaboration with the major European based car companies for the supply of various specialised original equipment manufacturing (O.E.M.) devices. We enter the automotive Telematics world with the innovative platform, ClearBox®.
2008
Today, we are focusing our innovative efforts on those areas which have historically been our strong points: automotive, telematics, and power supply systems.
